]]> Mon, 1 Jul 2024 04:00:00 GMT 2024 70th Annual Congress ONE DAY registration https://members.baps.org.uk/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1835047 https://members.baps.org.uk/events/eventdetails.aspx?id=1835047 The Anniversary Congress will be run over 4 days in July 2024.  The theme of the congress, as we are celebrating our 70th Anniversary, will be 'The past, the present and the future!'.  Looking to the past there will be a History session, at which we hope to have a number of our past Presidents answering questions about the development of paediatric surgery and some papers with a historical relevance.  For the present, we will have our usual free paper scientific sessions with symposia on Global surgery, urology and Special Interest Group topics (Colorectal, trauma, Thoracic etc), along with our state-of-the-art keynote lectures .  Looking to the future, there will be an Innovation session where we will be gazing into a crystal ball to see how our specialty might evolve in the coming years!
